I am faced with the same dilemma whether to hold or sell. I am a creature of habit and feel secure with the investments I have made but I am also inclined to believe that one way investor stay profitable like you said is knowing when to hold or get out. Not sure I have learned that aspect of investments just yet just because as I mentioned I am inclined not to sell at the moment even though I can speculate that there is probably a better investment opportunity out there.
