I am filling a bursery application I need to answer Please explain what circumstances have made it necessary for you to apply for a bursary and/or if you have a financial emergency. here is some information about me and my program .I am a domestic student who her only source of income is student loan I do not work and I am student with diability I am not supported by my family or any one My need for bursary is due to high living expensess fee ,rent food, this bursaary will reduce my financial stress and allow me focuss on my studies
