I am having trouble understanding the connect assignment for my class. I have parts a & b done. Part C is to find the break-even EBIT for two different capital structures. I have highlighted the two cells in red that I am having trouble with. I have notes from Connect after I got answer wrong for Part C enclosed which include how they got the answer. The information is cryptic to me and needs clarification. If you can create a formula to resolve this issue I would be very happy! Thanks!

The break-even EBIT is EBIT / 150,000 = [EBIT - .05($1200000)]/100,000 EBIT = 180,000 Please Explain I do not understandStep by Step Solution
