I am lucky to say that the manager I currently have is more on the positive side than negative side. They communicate consistently: whenever there are changes to the store, we know immediately; whenever he changes our schedule, he lets us know and to make sure everything is okay with that; if someone calls out, he is always there to respond and manage things properly. He not just communicates consistently, but communicates thoroughly. There is no confusion about our store's daily objectives and goals in general; there is no confusion on the point of his messages; and there is no confusion about whatever he writes down that we all need to know for the week. Proper communication allows the team to know exactly what is expected and how to produce those results, which is why our team is so successful. is this a good manager
