I am needing guidance with a PowerPoint slide. I am writing about Uber and their ethics, sexual harrassment and discrimination. I need help with the slide about ethics. Apparently I need to beef it up a little. The instructions were: Be sure to dig deep here Im looking for MBA level analysis of the situation, not an undergrad level analysis. This means you should make observations about management/leadership activities, their effects on employee behavior/attitudes, and the relationship of this particular story to the overall organizational environment/competitive environment, etc.

This is what I posted:

Power was abused and leadership was dishonest resulting in Corruption and injustice in the workplace.

Hr silenced complaints and allowed unethical management to go unnoticed.

The companys Ethical & cultural value of Doing the right thing. Period was not put into action.

The Companys core values and leadership standards were inconsistent with actual company practices.

Ubers lack of ethical management and corrupt leadership created a toxic work culture which unmotivated and threatened employees.

Ubers professional and public reputation was damaged due to their lack of organizational ethics.
