I am not understanding the different ethical positions, theories, and concepts that could be used to be for/against the death penalty and how to argue each. I could use some guidance on the ins and outs of them. My instructor has not been any help, and after reading the material and talking to him, I am more confused that when I started. Could someone basically give me a crash course?
