The government can create regulations and guidelines to stop issues before they even arise. Regulating the production industries should ensure there is an even playing field ensuring there are no monopolies forming which could affect the economy. I can see how government intervention can stop inflation; however, I am not sure how government intervention could help with unemployment. I don't believe the government should have complete control because we would not have a say in how things are being on our behalf also, government officials are voted in and out throughout the years. If the government is constantly changing it would be hard to decide on one course of action because not everyone has the same beliefs and understanding
