The purpose of the meeting will be to update and inform staff about changes and new additions to our computer documentation which is based on new requirements from our services recent spot check. My supervisor, room leader and four trainees will participate in the meeting. Sally will report on a matter regarding staff breaks in the sensory room as well as information about tasks on the morning checklist, I will use the meeting agenda to provide Sally with information about when she will present and how much time is allocated. I will verbally notify all participants of the meeting and provide them with a copy of the agenda before the meeting. The meeting will take place during the children's rest time in the indoor play room. No housekeeping preparation will be required for the meeting as the meeting will take place after all staff have returned from their lunch break. My supervisor will take the minutes. I will chair most of the meeting and discuss the main purpose of the meeting as well as a few agenda items listed under general business. I will conclude the meeting by thanking the team for their participation and engagement as well as provide an opportunity for any further questions before handing out a meeting evaluation checklist to all staff to complete. The requirements for documenting the meeting is saved electronically on our software under "staff meetings".
