I am required to conduct a survey of my own and present the data to my principal property practitioner in the format of a report on the following scope: I have to Measure the response rate of the different advertising media our estate agency uses with specific reference to: (We are a south african based estate agency)

• Newspaper adverts
• Display boards
• Leaflet distribution
• Telesales
• And other media we use

My presentation must also include the following:

1. A description of the process we as estate agency used to collect the data.
2. The sources we identified to collect the data.
3. The method that we used, e.g. questionnaire as well as motivation as to why we chose the method. (include a copy of the method we used)
4. The completed data study must be in table form.
5. The data table information presented in a chart of my choice.
6. The conclusions I could draw from your study.
7. Recommendations to my principle based on my findings.
