I am suing for the crummy brakes because when I am buying a product there is an implied set of standards. The brakes have to be of average quality and crummy brakes are not. There is also a huge safety issue if they were to put crummy brakes on a car. If the brakes were good and the job was crummy and caused break failure then I would be suing them for the crummy job
