i am the OCS Metkei Police Station and my name is Chief Inspector Elias Kiptoo. A case was brought in my station by two complainants namely Hillary Kemei Koitie,and Kipkemoi Kibiego. the two caimed they have a shop at kamwosor center. they gave out the shop to two people namely Jackson Kibet Maru and Shadrak Maru. according to the complainant,the accuseds' owe them kenya shillings 34,500 and 10,000 respectively. according to the complainants,Jackson has been operating in the shop since 2023 but failed to pay his rents for the months of april and may 2023 and from january this year upto may 2024 totalling to 34,500 while shadrak on his part did not pay for the months of november and december 2023 totaling to 10,000. i want to summon them to my office on 24th may 2024 at 930 am without fail. use a commanding tone. i want to instill fear in them,so tell them that should they fail to appear before me,legal actions would be taken against them
