I am trying to analyze the concentration of sucrose in juice by HPLC.
It says on the box that there are 8 g of sugar per 177 mL of juice.
How do I do the math for the standards?
Also, I need to make 5 samples at different concentrations . How do I do the math for that? How do I find out how much juice do I need for each sample? And what concentrations should I choose?
Thank you!
