I am trying to calculate the retention rate on Tuscan Lifestyles Spreadsheet Case Study. I was able to get it for Year 1 by adding the frequency of orders and dividing by the total number of orders. However, when I try to do it for year 2-5 I am getting a different number than what is listed on the spreadsheet uploaded to course hero. I have attached an image of the numbers I was getting.
