I am trying to compose an applied paper to categorize three CEOs from The Middleboro Casebook (Mr. Higgins Middleboro community hospital, Ms. Masterman Webster Hospital and Dr. Tobias Physician Care Services) Supposed to identify the strengths and weaknesses of each leader and specify how weaknesses should be addressed. I'm kinda lost at the moment. Was told (from reviewing my outline) that this is not a research paper.
