I am trying to find out how many "black or african american" patients are in IDs BEGINNING with "TE1" or "TE2" but my code always shows IDs that begin with "TE3" and up. I thought doing something like 'TE1%,TE2%' would do the trick but it ignores it and still includes "TE3" and up. Any help is appreciated. (I know I commented out the bottom command in green)
