I am trying to use MS Project to develop a project schedule. I am not really confident in my abilities to decipher the information from the schedule once I make it. Can someone help me use the information in the schedule to find out what tasks must be completed before others begin, which ones can run at the same time, and how to compare the planned start dates with the actual ones, totally confused, Please Help!
