I am wondering if 0 calls received is included in this probability or does between exclude 0. I think it is 3/6 but unlike a die roll or dice for plural, there is no chance of rolling 0 but there is a chance of receiving no calls so does the word between determine this outcome or is there a general formula or model that is true for all uniform distributions including dice roll where dice roll chances and phone call chances are the same. It just seems that when rolling a die there is a chance to roll 1 the lowest number on the die but it seems that a person could not call and that 0 could be included in the number of possibilities which now I am faced with 3/7 as 0 included or 3/6 0 not included. What do I need to make the correct determination?
