I am working in a multinational organisation. This organisation works in the Information and Technology field. I have the experience of working in different countries. This organisation faces different social problems in different countries. My employer had asked me to investigate a social problem that was having a negative influence on the success of our organisation. My role was to investigate and present sociological theories to help solve the problem. After working in different countries, I notice one serious social problem. And that social problem was about the female employees of my organisation. I found that women are subject to many social problems which ultimately has an impact on their work and the success of the organisation. Women face sexual harassment, unequal pay, in many countries they have safety issues during going and coming from the office. In some offices, women are not treated as equals. I found there is a conflict between men and women over such behaviour and the pay and success issues based on gender discrimination.
