I am working on Davenport Panther Marine Project pt. 3. , and I'm not understanding what exactly how to calculate out the ratios that it is asking for. It is also asking for formulas and links? What does that mean exactly? I just need the equation to be able to find the ratios and to know exactly what numbers to use. Theres a lot of information here and I need help decoding it.
