I am writing an essay about what causes Juvenile Delinquency?

I need two reasons. (First reason, too much Freedom) (I need a second reason)

This is what I wrote so far, it is my first draft, therefore, it is not yet finalized and perfect. but I need more ideas! if you have more ideas about too much freedom, please share as well.

The cause of Juvenile Delinquency is vast, it is difficult to determine the primary reason for the delinquent activity. I was not raised in the United States; therefore, my theory is perceived differently than the American view.I believe that any place with too much freedom causes damage. The United States is known to be the land of the free; freedom is great until it is not. I agree that every human has the right to freedom of speech, vote, freedom of religion, and freedom of choice. However, America offers too much liberty, with little guidance to young members of the community. Teenagers have the right to drop out of high school at the age of sixteen. Teenagers begin to involve themselves with the wrong crowd for acceptance and a sense of belonging. For instance, in Jordan, where I grew up, if someone saw a teenager doing something inappropriate or goes through the wrong path, the entire community interferes. Neighbors, teachers, uncles, aunts, older cousins, parents, and siblings are all involved in helping them change their behavior.

When I arrived in the United States, I witnessed teenage girls pregnant in high school; I saw adolescent boys selling and smoking Marijuana and cigarettes in school. I witnessed students disrespecting their teachers while using socially offensive language, profanity. At that moment, I shockingly wondered, where are their parents? How come they can behave in such a matter? The shocking part, The United States, has many laws to protect Juveniles, yet the issue of Juvenile Delinquency is not solved.
