I believe leaders can possess many qualities from each leadership style; however, I envision being a charismatic leader.I have compared myself to a lighthouse on several occasions; I help guide those out of the dark by spreading my light.Maintaining upbeat energy as a leader will ensure attitudes remain high and negative energies do not penetrate the team's positive aura.Charismatic leaders can have superior interpersonal skills or the capability to perform and communicate effectively with their team while building relationships (Lussier, R. N. 2017); however, I do not believe this to be the most successful professional leadership style.

A visionary or a transactional leader would be ideal for an organization as they are rich in strength and always looking towards the company's future and betterment.A transactional authority figure can adapt their ways as times change, which is a crucial part of being a successful leader.A visionary leader is the head of the project, the one with the ideas that mold the mission.Such a leader will establish a goal, outline blueprints on how the goal will be obtained, then put into action the works needed to reach the objective.Planning, being organized, and staying focused on the target are critical traits required for a leader to accomplish greatness.
