I believe that because of the withdrawn personality a good way to begin to be more interactive would be to actively listen to your employees. Just because you're withdrawn does not mean that you can't show employees that you're listening attentively, this can create better relationships as a leader in your new role. I also think that joining group discussions and concerns can help, as well as delegating and actively participating in activities that involve employees. Accepting that you're withdrawn and working on it to become more interactive is extremely important. respond to this student
