Time away from working the primary job is an expense that has an immediate negative effect on the bottom line of the company's profits. I don't think OSHA can become more stringent enforcing the rule, employers should value the need for a healthy workforce and become more diligent following and enforcing the exposure limit. how to reply to this statement
