I can't figure this out. The Lesson_Pricing is the named range referring to (B5:E8) on the data table in the second picture below, A5:A8 are the skill levels and B4:E4 are the hours for the prices. For the students with no skill level listed on Lesson Data page (third picture) it must return a value of 50 for the lesson.
