I could use some help below are my instructions on what I am expected to complete.

My Experience" Report Module 2 Each student will be required to compose a report that discusses an experience as a member of a team (academic/work/church/athletic, etc.). The report should discuss at least the following: 1) type of team, 2) team purpose, 3) type of award/reward (if not discuss why), 4) number of participants, 5) description of the level of conflict and how it was managed, 6) level of interaction, 7) team methods of communication, 8) team evaluation method (if not discuss why), 9) changes that would have improved the experience, and 10) team composition. Also, include any other pertinent information. Each numbered item above should have a separate section with headers.
