Mr. Babbino, here at ABC Inc. we are always open to change, and a change for the betterment of the organization and individual is always welcomed.I would like to bring to your attention a new software that I think will be beneficial for your organization.Using this new software to login daily work online will help daily activities to be logged online at quickly pace than doing it the old ways which has higher risk for human error.

In a work-from-home or workplace environment, it is a must that we share all information or knowledge hassle-free and in a quick manner. The online logbook enables us to log our findings in a very easy and quick manner, with an equally fast retrieval system. There is no need for an employee to always be physically available to present his daily finding. The information is easily available to your supervisor and coworkers working on the same project. It facilitates work from the environment and in the need of hours, an employee can opt for work from home and all his work shall be available to his coworkers and supervisors if need be. These log sheets can be shared with only the people working on the project and the supervisor.

Second challenge was met with the communications. Human resource management is also changing how they communicate with employees. How they are reaching out to the employees, how it motive them, how they support them, how they provided the grievances regarding what the employs issues are and how they're able to tackle the same problem by staying in touch with employees and conducting relevant activities so that employees feel motivated and satisfied for the work and a job that they are providing you doing is also a change regarding how COVID-19 brought this. Along with that, the financial change as how the HR as actually shifted the way regarding how they used to compensate the employees rather than just cash but now they are shifting towards more of a digital payment is again a good change.

Another change that has been brought up by COVID-19 on the impact of the human resource practices is about the change of controlling and evaluation. Rather than having a questionnaire or a feedback forms or even the documentation that used to take place in the earlier times, because of this pandemic everything has shifted to other technological base mood and so the surveys, the controlling, monitoring and even the valuation are now taken place using these technological base surveys and group discussion so that people are able to feel happy and satisfied with the work that they are performing.

On the global practices, this COVID-19 had a very diverse effect on the HRM which is the human resource management practices all around the various organizations. The major impact was how the people were planning, communicating, and controlling these activities. The strategic change came with the planning process as many of the human resource management have now shifted towards a more technological base the planning and how they have to crude, select, train, compensate and even provide the relevant well up meant and training course to the employees so that they are able to work in the organization in the best possible way. This COVID-19 practices, many of the human resource management shifted to a more technological base of interviewing, selection, recruitment video conferencing, online chatting and these types of tools were used so that relevant employees could be phased out and they were recruited for the organization so that work would continue. Along with that, the relevant training, development practices and the course materials were shared using these technological based only their orientation but now happening in video conferencing and people were connecting and talking and sharing the information from one place to another just by staying at their places are not coming to the office at a regular basis.
