I created a website with HTML$,$ CSS$,$ and PHP to connect my site to my database, my idea is to make an online attendance list for a course every weekend. I would like to know how I will send this information to my database, my form just contains the name and the student number $($user part$),$ I would like to know how I should create my database for each weekend to recover the attendance for the student who is registered for the course
