There are numerous reasons for employees to be discouraged with their jobs and for them to resign; which include high stress, lack of communication within the company, lack of recognition, or limited opportunity for growth and so on. Management should actively seek to improve these factors if they hope to lower their turnover rate. Several research studies have shown that the motivated and satisfied employees tend to contribute more in terms of organizational productivity and maintaining a commitment to customer satisfaction. The findings of the studies have also indicated that there is a significant positive relative relationship between overall job satisfaction and the various above mentioned factors along with the training and development programs conducted to upgrade the skills of the employees, the workplace culture (i.e. the working environment), promotion opportunities. The objectives of the study are as follows: (i) To understand the procedures and policies regarding the training. development, and promotion opportunities of the organization; and (ii) To understand the employee's satisfaction level in the company with respect to the following parameters To evaluate the above mentioned objectives, a formal survey is to be conducted administering a structured questionnaire.
