Bhd.: On 7 May 2016, acquired real properties for RM 400,000 On 9 June 2017, acquired real properties for RM1,600,000 On 7 June 2018, disposed the real properties acquired on 7 May 2016 The value of other tangible assets during 2016 until 2018 is RM600,000. Assume the value of real properties remain the same throughout the period. 10 On 1 September 2020, Amani disposed all 300,000 shares in Melati Sdn. His fee was RM30,000, May 2020 Transferred the ownership of the bungalow to her son, David on 6 May 2020. David is a British citizen but holds permanent residency status of Malaysia. Market value on the date of transfer was RM1,380,000 June 2020 An interested buyer paid deposit RM45,000 to purchase the resort. However, he cancelled the purchase and his deposit was forfeited. October 2020 Sold the resort for RM1,620,000. Paid legal fee and stamp duty RM21,000 for the sale. Sale and purchase agreement was sign on 16 October 2020.
