I did an elevator pitch for an app for Walmart that makes customers shopping experience easier. The app is supposed to give customers personalized suggestions, help finding items in the store, and price checks.
What I know about the consumer segment so far is that it is for busy individuals/families that want convenience and the best prices on items from target.
The pitch was a success. Now Im developing the BMC slide deck that will be reviewed by a former project manager.
