If you have a choice between an annual report and a Form 10-K, use the annual report. A useful resource is fortune.com. This site provides links to the Web sites of Fortune 500 companies. The easiest way to obtain a company's annual report is to Google the company plus \"annual report\". For example, if my company was Walmart, I would Google, \"Walmart annual report\".
