I discovered that agile and traditional waterfall cycles differ for various projects. They're different because agile is a fast-paced, flexible, and easy-to-work-around type of project management cycle. The waterfall project cycle is much less adaptable and is a process where you must go by the book. You have to do it by the steps it gives, and things can't change once it's planned. That's the plan you must go with, and you must take steps to do it. The agile and the waterfall project cycles are both excellent. It depends on what type of project you're doing when you use it. Still, I would probably do more of the agile project management cycle because I'm more of a person who likes to be on my feet. I can if I need to be flexible and change what I have to do. I'm not a person who can just be set on the same plan, So I liked this quote from this website that I found that talked about the differences between agile versus waterfall cycles: "Agile is flexible and adaptable to change, allowing teams to respond quickly to changing requirements and to incorporate new ideas and feedback as they arise
