I do not understand how to formulate answers to the following questions reviewing these articles I'm confused:

What type of research design is in this article? I'm not sure. Does it say what type but I'm not sure?

It's not clear what type of methods were used to do the research this article appears to be all over the place? I cannot distinguish the type because it states many.
