Register a NO Liability ( NL ) Company - to complete this i need to read and understand the following sections :- S117(1) (2); S 112(1) (2); S148& 149; S134 & 135; S201A; S204A.

2. The company must have 3 classes of shares-

Ordinary shares;

Preference shares S254A;

Redeemable Preference shares S254A (2) & 254A(3).

The company must have 3 Directors and 3 shareholders.

All classes of shares must be issued.
