I don't know how to draw an External Systems Diagram, to define the interaction between the envisioned system and its external systems.

When you draw the External Systems Diagram, if there are many external systems in your case, select 4 or 5 most relevant ones (having more inputs / outputs). For some necessary inputs / outputs from/to omitted external systems, mark them with brief text. Can someone help with with this diagram?
