FINANCIAL EXPENSES a) The client requests a mandatory guarantee for the 10% guarantee of faithful compliance and a guarantee for the 15% direct advance, both with respect to the direct cost. Consider an annual interest rate of 3.35% and 2.80% respectively. b) Sencico's tax is 0.20% and the CAR Policy is 0.18%, both with respect to direct cost. 2. DIRECTOR OF GENERAL OFFICE EXPENSES a) It is spent in the central office per year: in electricity and water, 1220 soles; In salaries of the general manager, secretary, administration manager, office assistant, accountant and legal advisor, they earn 12,200, 3,600, 10,500, 1830,4,750 and 5,300 soles per month respectively. b) For the rent of the premises they pay per month 1530 soles, for registration and annual membership of cost magazine they pay 750 soles, for office supplies and copies they pay 250 soles per month c) Regarding the RNP registration expenses, 1798.55 soles is spent annually, preparation of budget No. 2 and legalization of signatures for 230 soles, programming of the material acquisition schedule 680 soles; On the other hand, last year a total of 12,250 soles was spent in the bidding processes for 9 non-awarded works. d) Last year it contracted 5 works for the following amounts: C1 = 2,926,500; C2 = 1,250,650; C3 = 480.777, C4 = 2.562.323 and C5: S/.5'498,556 3. GENERAL WORK EXPENSES a) A total of 1,450 soles was paid per month, in water and electricity from the work. b) Cost of renting computers for the Staff S/.550.00 monthly. c) The salaries of the resident (01), field managers (01), field assistant (01), chief engineer of technical office (01), technical office assistant (01), teacher (02), administrator (01), storekeeper (01), warehouse assistant (01), prevention engineer (01), security monitor (01), guard two shifts (01) are respectively 15000, 9300, 3500, 9600, 3200, 6500, 3800, 2400, 1900, 3,100, 1,900,5,300 soles. d) The SCTR Policy is 900 soles per month. e) The printing of Plans in total will be spent 2,650 soles and office supplies are estimated to spend 250 soles per month. f) The implementation of the Staff offices (furniture, chairs and others) will cost a total of 4,500 soles.
