I enjoyed reading your post this week. I specifically liked how you pointed out how "The purpose of human resource management is to support organizational performance" (Uhl-Bien, 2021). What a great quote to explain exactly what the purpose of a human resources manager is. I also liked how you also pointed out that it is both the employees and the management's jobs that contribute to success. I think employees who don't want to be there find it hard to get to turn around and be productive. Would you agree?
