I faced waiting line situation when I've visited the bank which was very crowded and the people were waiting in line for receiving services.It took me an hour to receive my service.Bank have several customers in line who get services but mostly face congestion problem due to crowd so therefore management need to work on formulae that will reduce wait time and create delighted customers without incurring an additional costs. Applying waiting line analysis in banking system improve the structure and gives the better result as it helps to increase the performance and improves the speed of services by providing advance technology such as computers internet etc. that results in improving speed of services along with delivering good customer services
