I feel like you have to have some traits from the degree of the dark triad of personality traits. To be in high powers like the president or a ceo of a company you have to be part narcissist or psychopath. They have so much stress on them and pressure within the job position. You have to be some kind of heartless person because of the job responsibility. Many people rely on you as the head of the company to be in power and to lead in the right direction. The ceo has many job responsibilities they are dealing with and they have to have a certain look on things to be able to run a whole company. They can not just let any little thing bother them. They would not be able to deal with the pressure or running a company
