I feel that I have always understood the importance of morale in the workplace, but after reading the articles, I wonder why some other companies are not prioritizing increasing morale. I feel like some of places I've worked for did not and if employees quit, they would just hire more and not attempt to fix the morale. I can see why Google is one of the best places to work. They take good care of their people and in return, their people take good care of the company
