You will have to talk with the Technical Support engineer to understand the underlying reason for being late, emphasise the negative outcomes, suggest corrective action, and explain subsequent consequences which could deter his employment. For this task, you will need to: 1. Prepare for the discussion by identifying conversation requirements. Use the following conversation builder template to prepare for the discussion. This template will help you to collect the required information and identify all the supporting evidence for your discussion.
