From profit loss, in 2019 company has earned 13.23 % less Profit before tax as comparison with 2018, though there is increase in income from investment by 43.9 % and other income by 34.41 % .The lower profit indicates decline in Revenue of company from 2018 or there is increase in expenses of company from 2018,not favourable for shareholders point of view, as weighted average of ordinary shares has decreased by -3.76% from last year and there is downfall in EPS by-6.46%.

Balance Sheet overall has NCL of 421.28% and NCA of 20.61%.Total creditors and current liabilities has increased 11.03% and 2.21%, which implies that company may not have enough liquid cash to pay their debts off as it has decreased by -51.64%.Borrowings increased the same amount of NCL in 2019 of $24,500,000/421.28%, an attempt to cover the debts.

Receipts and Payments from cashflow is very neglectable in 2019, 0.15% and 0.26%.Proceeds from borrowings have increased by 5.13%.There is a decrease of -0.29% in net operating cashflows, either for decrease in revenue or increase in expenses which explains why there has been a decrease at the end of the period by -0.52%.

From comparison its clear company position is not good from the last year and the financial condition of company is worse, the main reason could be growth in expenses of company or low revenues from 2018.
