I have 200 files of which 6 have errors. The computed upper precision limit (CUPL) for 6 out of 200 files is 0.058 from a CUPL table generated using solver function of Microsoft Excel 5.0. I don't know how the table is generated but I do know the CUPL is the probability needed to get an alpha of 0.05 with 95% confidence level or 0.1 if CL is 90%. The question is asking to use solver. I can check the answer just by binomdist function in excel and setting cumulative to be True for 6 trials. How do I use excel solver to generate CUPL table, or verify my answer like below?

Use Excel's Solver to check the CUPL value which is 0.058 for the above question. Note: you may need to install Solver.
