1.ACL S33 A person must not, in trade or commerce, engage in conduct that is liable to mislead the public as to the nature, the manufacturing process, the characteristics, the suitability for their purpose or the quantity of any goods.

--Does the word 'purpose' in the sentence mean common purpose? Or particular purpose that made known to supplier?Or both?

2.ACL S29 (i) make a false or misleading representation concerning the need for any goods or services.

--Does the word 'need' in the sentence mean 'Market demand'?Or necessity to buy the goods? Or both?

3.S21 and S22(unconscionable conduct) mentioned term of contract, 'not reasonably to' protect legitimate interests, and unilateral right of contract, which are also mentioned in S23-S25(unfair term)

--Are thesethe overlap part between unfair term and unconscionable conduct?If so, does put unfair term in contract is a kind of unconscionable conduct?

4.S54(2) mentioned safe is an element of 'acceptable quality'.

--How to we decide if a good is safe or not? Should this be judged under the same principle as S9 safety defect?
