I have a daily dataset (100,000+ data points) that is comprised of times. 56 milliseconds for example for customer response time for a web page to load. The data is imported to me at the 95th percentile. I cannot change this for a bunch of different reasons. My question is, what measure of central tendency should I use for data that is already in the 95th percentile? Mean, Median, Mode? The data is skewed to the right. Thanks.
