I have a law assignment based around a Memorandum of Intent (sent via email) with 5 clauses. Clauses 1-4 appear to be legitimate terms, however clause 5 is Agree to sign a contract on those terms. There is no term stating price or payment and as per Masters v Cameron it is not an enforceable contract. However I feel I am missing something. Estoppel will be addressed. My question relates to whether there is a term, that if missing, results in that you cannot have a legally enforceable contract?

Unfortunately cannot upload the assignment question as it thinks I am trying to copy someone else's work.
