I have a lawsuit against a business in Tennessee. They breached a contract with my company. Presume that there is jurisdiction, and venue is proper. Tell me the path of my lawsuit from the original court to the US Supreme Court, presuming I file in a California,first in federal courtandthen in state court. (So, two paths, tell me what court to file in, and what court I will appeal to each time I lose, all the way to the Supreme Court for both paths. :) )
