I have a short position of 10stocks of $20M with a 30% margin requirement -> margin requirement = $60M and I have a long position

I have a short position of 10stocks of $20M with a 30% margin requirement -> margin requirement = $60M

and I have a long position of 8stocks of $20M with a 30% margin requirement -> margin requirement = $48M

=> total margin requirement = $108M

And I have a net asset value of $100M.

Which means that it's not sustainable.

My question is :

How much my position would they need to be scaled back?
