I have a simple question about how to input a number in a specific format.

For a project I am working on, we are given 772.59 billion as a market cap value for a firm.

The project is telling us to report numbers in the market value of debt and equity calculation in thousands.

The financial report we are using has values listen in thousands, for example the total cash value on the balance sheet reported as 16,701,000 thousand (honestly not sure what this number is either when fully written out).

My question is, how do I input 772.59 billion in the thousands denomination like the other numbers? My brain can't process this for some reason so I would really appreciate some help
