I have an assignment in which i am representing the management side to prepare to bargain with union on Vacation With Pay for Clean Right Partners. I pretty much finished everything but am having a hard time finding resources regarding no vacation carry over, long service vacation entitlement, management rights and control. Any suggestiona?
